Build fail for TI RTOS project

i am using CCS 5.50(licensed) and TI RTOS 2.00.01.23 to create my TI RTOS project, the target MCU is MSP430FR5969.

When i build my project, it always shows error message:

"xdctools_3_25_03_72\gmake.exe: *** [package/cfg/empty_pe430X.xdl] Error 1", how to fix this issue?

my project is just an empty project. which was created under "TI-RTOS Examples/ Driver Examples/ MSP-EXP430FR5969LP/ Example projects/ Empty project"

TI RTOS 2.00.01.23 requires CCS 6.0. This is noted in the TI-RTOS release notes.

Erik,
the error message "no property named 'out policy'" indicates incompatible versions of TI-RTOS and XDCtools. The rest of the output shows that you are using TI-RTOS 2.12.01.33, not 2.00.01.23. TI-RTOS 2.12.01.33 requires CCS 6.1 and XDCtools 3.31, and Todd already posted that TI-RTOS 2.00.01.23 requires CCS 6.0. So, you can either upgrade to CCS 6.1 or to CCS 6.0. Either way, if you have multiple TI-RTOS installations, go to Project Properties->CCS General->RTSC to select which of the installations to use in a project.
