AM3359 ICE Power Pin at J14 Questions

Hi All,

I have some problems when I connecting the AM3359 ICE and ADS1258 ( ADC EVM ). I checked the power pin at J14 and discovered some confusing questions. V24_0HVS and V5_0D pins are all zero Votage when I use oscilloscope to check the signal.

Is this phenomenon normal? Or some setting must be setup if I need the V5_0D pin?

BTW, the ICE work normally.

Hi Allen,

Which revision is your ICE board? What power supply do you use? V24_0HVS and V5_0D should be present when the board is powered from a 24V DC power supply.

Hi Biser,

Thanks for reply. My ICE board is Rev 2.1. I use the 24V DC power supply provided by ICE board. I have tried another ICE board and have same problems.

I don't see how this can be. 24V at J14 comes directly from the power supply input. Between which pins are you measuring?

Another thing - disconnect anything you have connected on J14 and measure then.
