What is the difference between TMDSEVM6678L, TMDXEVM6678LXE and TMDSEVM6678LE?

I'm new at this, Sorry.
I want to run my application on c6678 hardware device, if I buy some of those EVM I want or I need also buy the SoC TMS320C6678ACYP for example. Could you explain to me how it goes this please?

Take a look at below threads, it will help to choose proper DSP chip EVM for your development. The MCSDK example is common for C6678 DSP devices, user can run the examples on all C6678 EVM boards.
