We are working on C6654 platform. Our goal is to create a boot loader and then download an image. We have already gone through the examples that you provided in the TI examples. However our project is a commercial product and more complicated, as well.
The steps that we follow are described below:
1.We have downloaded and test the boot loader firmware. DDR3 is initialized with r/w access rights
2. Soft reset via PCI express
After step 2 we try to access PCIe registers without success. So we cannot download and start the image. We have also configured the PSC to avoid any illegal access to DDR3.
Are we missing something? What are the correct steps that we should follow to have a successful soft reset and then have access to PCIe registers?
Is there any document or example that describes this procedure?
