Hi experts,
We have a custom k2l board using the same ddr(MT41K256M16RE-125IT) with that of evm. The issue is we can only run with speed 1066 but not 1333/1600 (there will be error bits if used those rate). I guess it's because the different layouts and etch lengths. So I got questions as below: (I am using the drivers in platform libs of keystone2 pdk):
- with the same ddr I only have to modify ddr3_phy_config while keeping the ddr3_emif_config as it is , right ?
- I can get different configurations with different rates from gel files. But I think there must be some tools used to calculate ddr configuration table. right? Can you show me your tools which is used to configure evm-k2l so that I can make some changes to make it work with our board?
