AM335x on die differential pair length issue

Hi Sir

Our customer would like to know below signal length of AM335x on-die? Could you share the information with us ?

PS: The lengths of the signal connections from the IC package point of contact on the PCB ,to the pad on the die (substrate length)

I assume they are asking for this information to accommodate length-matching for these interfaces on the PCB itself. Such tight matching is not required...matching the external (to the SoC itself) interfaces themselves is sufficient.

BTW, could IT provide the signal length of AM335x on-die ? Or TI does not have these information for AM335x ?

Why does your customer feel like they need this information?

TI devices are specified with respect to package terminals, not silicon pads. So we do not understand why they need this information.
