Hi,

I have seen that the SYS BIOS Ind SDK V02.01.00.01 has a StarterWare Version included that is higher than the official version on the TI webpage:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../StarterWare

The new version also supports AM437x.

Can anyone from TI please tell me why we can not directly access this newer version?

To me this looks pretty weird and I do not understand thet TI does not make this available to the public.

Is there a complete Release Note to this version from the last available V02.00.01.01?

Starterware version 2.1.1.1 will not be available as a stand-alone download. Please refer to \sysbios_ind_sdk_2.1.0.1\sdk\starterware\docs for the release notes. Thanks.

Thanks for clarification on this topic. Does TI has any roadmap available for StarterWare? To me StarterWare looks like a dead end at the moment.

As part of our software roadmap we are transitioning to a consolidated SDK which will include the Processor-SDK RTOS package. That package will replace the old Starterware software and will include platform software support for AM335x, AM437x and additional devices moving forward. Availability is planned later this year in the fourth quarter.
