when I was download android source codes for my DM8168evm, I failed with the following printouts:
~/rowboat-android$ ~/bin/repo init -u git://gitorious.org/rowboat/manifest.git -m rowboat-froyo-am389x.xml
Getting manifest ...
from git://gitorious.org/rowboat/manifest.git
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
fatal: cannot obtain manifest git://gitorious.org/rowboat/manifest.git
P.S. It was said this could be due to the Chinese govnment firewall. If so, could you help to provide a different link for us to download the snapshot of its stable release instead of using git?
