Hi,
TPS5402 is used AM437x Industrial EVM.
But minimum on time of TPS5402 is 200ns, so I think that it isn't suitable to output less than 2.4V by 24V input and switching frequency 500kHz.
I think it's better to change a power tree on EVM.
