Hi,

I have been trying to create a new rtos project for TMS320F28069 controlstick.. I was not able to open .cfg file and I am getting java.lang.NullPointerException error. I tried uninstalling CCS6 and ti-rtos for c2000. But the same problem continues. Now I am not able to create rtos projects even for tiva.. Could anybody please help me in resolving the issue.

Please take a look at these related threads - they have some troubleshooting tips and also indicate the location of log file that could help us troubleshoot the problem.

When you uninstalled/reinstalled CCSv6, did you do a full clena uninstall (ie wipe out the installation directory completely) before doing a reinstall? If you did not, that might have left behind some components, thereby not rendering a clean reinstall.

Are you able to import example projects from TI-RTOS and open the .cfg file from those projects?

in addition to log files and console outputs described in the threads linked by Aarti, please post the versions of TI-RTOS, XDCtools and CCS you are using.
