Hello Tankist,

There is no separate EVM available for SMOMAPL138-HIREL processor. However you could use the OMAPL138 LCDK board to develop or test your application. The OMAPL138 LCDK is available in the below link.

There is no manual available for LCDK board. But you may find the following wiki page would be a good reference for LCDK board.
