DDR3 c6657 and breakpoint

if no breakpoint write ->DDR3, DDR3->read (read good data!)

with breakpoint write ->DDR3, DDR3->read ( read random data!)

write data do not conform read data

DDR3 do not support breakpoint?

You can put break point while doing DDR3 access.
Which code are you using ?
TI code or own code ?
It seems to be some synchronization issues.
