NAND Erase Not successful

Hi All

I tried to erase the NAND flash of the EVM6424 by using the spectrum digital example ( attached ) . But unfortunately the first block only erased successful and when i read the memory i get ( 0xffffffff) . For the reset of blocks nothing erased. I want to know what the problem coming from .8473.nandflash.rar erase.dat

Did you get any problem for not writing the other blocks ?
After erasing, you could see all FFs in all the pages of blocks.

The test is getting failed ?

Just for the first block i get 0xFF but not in the other blocks ( see the attached file erase.dat) cause erase not succeeded write to those pages not succeeded .

attached the debug output (CCS.jpg) also we do such test to scan erase/write/read and compare we found errors in such pages attached (ECC-ON.dat) the numbers represent the index of the page that errors occurred in it .ECC-ON.dat

Is this very old EVM ?
