    The mechanical drawing for the 66AK2H12 is at the back of the Data Manual SPRS866 available at: .  You requested additional detail which is answered below:

    1) Substrate Material - Core substrate material is E700GR.

    2) Die Size - We do not provide the exact die size as this is proprietary information.  You can estimate the die size from the dimensions of the top-hat lid.

    3) Lid Material and thickness - Copper lid with Ni plating. Thickness is 1.0mm.

    Hopefully this allows you to complete your thermal analysis.
