Micron MCP MT29C4G96MAZAPCJA-5IT(LPDDR+NAND) replace part number.

We always use Micron MCP MT29C4G96MAZAPCJA-5IT(LPDDR+NAND) in our DM3730 system.

But now we can't buy this device,we need the replace part number.

    Hi user743401,

    You can choose one of the memories from the link:

    =TI%2520%28OMAP%29:1230:0]

    and select Pin ball-168, Pinout TI(OMAP) and Clock rate 200 MHz
    These memory chips are compatible with OMAP3x and DM37x processors but also I suggest you to contact with Micron for availabilities.

    I have got the samilar question,and my CPU is DM3730,and NAND flash: MT29C4G96 ball-168, is a Multi chip packge, of 512MB NAND & 512MB DDR.
    Now,I want to erase the flash by flashtool V1.06,but can not sussess.
    I have changed the dnld_startup_omap3_gp_2g.2nd" to "dnld_startup_omap3_gp_4g.2nd" already.
    The display messages as bellow:
    where others of the configures that I must change?

    please help me,Thank you very much ,in advance.
