I want to have inter processor communication between cc2650 running TI-RTOS and an arm processor running linux over SPI bus. I know TI-RTOS supports a transport layer over SPI Bus, SPIMessageQTransport. Is there source code of the same transport layer for linux? Any example or white paper on this will help me a lot.

Sorry, but this is not supported on the CC2650.

I find there is a network processor interface over uart or spi bus already defined as the inter processor communication protocol between cc26xx and a host processor. The transport layer protocol detail can be found in the doc "Network Processor Interface User's Guide.pdf".
