What are the possible causes of "TX queue is empty"?

Hi Champs,

I'm evaluating EMAC LDD in PDK C6657 v1.1.2.6 and got a message  "emac_send core 0 port 0 TX queue is empty".
So, could you please give me some advice about the possible causes of that?
