How to configure UART with am4376 in C using code composer studio?

Can it be done with cross compilation without using CCS?
I am not able to understand Linaro tool-chain please can you give me way to do so..

Hi Abhishek,

Yes, you can cross compile a hello_world application without using CCS.

1. If you'd like to use your source as an user space api, you could just compile it with gcc on your host machine:
$ gcc hello_world.c -o hello_world -> this will compile the hello_world binary, you need to copy this to your board & execute it

2. You can also add the hello_world as kernel space driver, which can run as a process in your system. See the following gudies:
