AM335X DDR 2 Timing details

Hi,

I want to verify DDR2 interface timing details with my DDR@ device. Please let me know where it is given.

Also info for VIL for DDR2 is not given in latest data sheet.

    Electrical characteristics are provided in Section 5.7 DC Electrical Characteristics in the device Data Manual.

    This is true, it will be corrected in the next release of the datasheet. The value for DDR2 is VIL(max) = DDR_VREF - 0.125V
