"Failed to fetch ti-cgt"

Hi,

I am using yocto build system on Gumstix board(DM3730 processor) to install meta-ti recipe.

I got this link

He mentioned one link to download the following file.

ti_cgt_c6000_7.2.7_setup_linux_x86.bin 

But i didn't find 7.2.7 version from following links
