Layout for ICEv2 board needed

Hi,
I would like to use an external JTAG emulator.
To unsolder some resistors the layout file of the ICEv2 board is requiered.
The file
AM335x_ICE_3H0013_PCB_REV_2_1A.brd
seems to be corrupted. Eagle vs. 6.4.0 says 'Start tag expected' when I try to open the file.
Does anybody know of a valid layout file?

The layout file is not corrupted. This is a Cadence Allegro PCB file and should be opened with the appropriate CAD tool. There is a free viewer available from Cadence: www.cadence.com/.../downloads.aspx
