AM437X processor IC not working

Hi..,,

How to check weather processor IC is working or not? Suddendly my board gets shutdown only D2 LED is glowing.....any possible way to check the IC in working condition or not.?

Is this a custom board, or a TI EVM? If it's an EVM, which one is it? What software are you running?

It is TI EVM am437x cortex 9 general purpose EVM. I am working with Linux OS.

Do you get any messages on the serial console? Have you checked your SYSBOOT switch settings? Is this a new EVM or has it stopped working after some time?

Ya i checked with the serial console and it is not a new board, I am working for more than 7 months. If i connect with power supply only D2 Led is glowing.

It seems that the board has malfunctioned. There is nothing we can do to help on this forum. You should contact your board provider.
