PrimeDC_SDK_PackageV4000 Missing cosem.h

Hi E2E,

I'm working on PRIMEDC_SDK_PackageV4000. The client.c in dlms_cosem example includes cosem.h., but cosem.h does not exist in the package. Therefore, I am not able to compile the example.

Is cosem.h available for download?
