Question about power up sequence of K2H EVM.

Hi All,

I have checked the K2H evm power up sequence. It have conflict with datasheet.

But datasheet defined.

1. CVDD

2. CVDD1, CVDDT1, VDDAHV, AVDDAx, DVDD18

3. DVDD15

4. VDDALV, VDDUSB, VP, VPTX

5. DVDD33

Seems EVM power up sequence VDD33 VCC0V85 ware wrong?

Please help to double check. thanks!

    Hi Denny,
    The K2H EVM was designed very early in the life of the product before the final sequencing was published in the data manual. It does appear that the delay between start of the 3.3V power supply and the 0.85V power supply was not corrected in the programming of the UCD9244. I will send a message to the manufacturer of the EVM concerning this error.

    Denny,

    You must always follow the recommendations in the data manual as this document takes precedence over all other documentation.

    Please note that there is a typo on the schematic page at the location shown.  Even in the portion you copied, the arrows on the left do not agree with the order listed in the right.  Also note that the timing diagram above on that same page correctly shows the implemented sequence that matches the DM.
