Beaglebone usb windows 7 driver problem

Hello,

I'm using

1) Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit

2) Beaglebone original (White) as it has on-board emulator

3) CCS 5.5

I recalled I had to struggle to install usb driver for beaglebone to make it worked.
I cannot remember what I did, probably using BONE_DRV.exe

It worked for few week, probably 3 weeks, but BLUE SCREEN once in a few days, probably 3 days.

Now it stops working completely with "SUBARCTIC" for beaglebone usb on device manager.

So, where is the right USB driver ?
