Do we have further characterization on the below data on the internal ADC1 on the AM4376? Are the ADC specs in the datasheet at full temp range or 25C?

 

For Bypass Mode:

-          Gain Error Max

-          Offset Error Max

-          SNR Min

-          THD Min

    The ADC electrical parameters provided in the data sheet was the only information provided by the design team.  I will need to ask if the min and max values you referenced are available.

    The data currently provided in the data sheet applies to the full range of specified operating conditions, voltage and temerature.

    You should read the AFE Functional Block Diagram section in the Technical Reference Manual.  Pay attention to the last paragraph where it describes how the internal bias resistors my effect analog inputs when the preamplifier is bypassed.
