Debugging issues on AM335x using XDS100

HI.

I am facing an issue while debugging on AM335X using USB debug probe XDS100v2 . When I put a breakpoint in the ADC interrupt it hits the breakpoint twice and and then it does not seem to hit the breakpoint at all . Is there any known issue with real time debugging with XDS100 .

Here is my other set up details :

IDE : CCS v6

Debug Probe : XDS100 V2.
