Linux 3.12 with SDK 7 issues

Hi,

I am using Linux 3.2 with qt 4.8.3 on am335x it is working good. when i am using Linux 3.12 with qt 4.8.4 it is memory issue. While run any my qt apps after some time the memory is consuming more and it is not quieting my apps based on my touch.

Even in my tera term using serial console the messages response is very slow. ps it is taking more time to display all the fields.

Any version compatibility or Linux 3.12 is not stable with qt SDK7 version

Hi,

You probably have a memory leak in your application. You should check in this direction.

Hi,

I ma using existing apps and there is no memory leak and no shared memory concept in my apps.

I would like to know, How can i check the memory leak part.

Hi Anil,

You can use top to track the memory usage.
