Is the CLKOUT2 signal configured for RTC output clean enough to use as an input to the WL1837MOD WiFi module?

Please see the note in section 6.2.4 from the AM335X Datasheet Rev. H. There is no additional characterization on CLKOUT2 , so we can only caution on jitter aspects etc. In your case I think jitter will not be a major issue, since the clock is sourced directly from the OSC1 oscillator through some buffering, but again, this hasn't been characterized, therefore we can give no firm recommendation.
