I’m using the AM3352 with the extended temperature range (-40°C to +105°C).
In a high environmental temperature test with max processor power, the processor seems to limit or “regulate” the max junction temperature. The temperature rises to approx. 100°C and then falls a little bit, rises, fall….like a saw tooth signal.
I’m not sure if some parts of the processor where temporarily shut down or the processor reduces the frequency ? What happens inside? Is it possible to adjust this threshold?
