I need source (capacity) and sink currnet (requirement) for AM335X processor.

Hi,

Please see section 5.7 from the AM335X Datasheet Rev. H. Parameters Voh and Vol are defined at max. respective currents.

Hi,
I understand that IOH and IOL are source current. What about sink current.

Ioh is source current, Iol is sink current.

If you mean input currents, these are listed in the same tables.
