Hi,

I am searching NAND flash for AM553X. I want to know the requirement of AM553X to search for NAND for belo parameter.

Read/Random access time

Sequential read time

Program time

Erase block time

Hi Manoj,

These are not AM335X requirements. On the contrary, the GPMC timing parameters must be programmed to meet the NAND flash timing requirements, specified in the NAND datasheet. See sections 7.1.4.3 and 7.1.4.5 from the AM335X TRM Rev. L.
