this is My issue: How to properly adjust EMIF ECC
my goal: detect DDR error
My test : DDR read/writre in Uboot
My setting:
EMIF4D_ECC_CTRL :
enable REG_ECC_EN / REG_ECC_ADDR_RGN_PROT / REG_ECC_ADDR_RGN_1_EN / REG_ECC_ADDR_RGN_2_EN
result-----> ECC_ERR_CNT has increased , and my DDR read/write test Error
why?
