DM8148 custom board cannot use entire 2GB

Not the whole 2GByte DDR3 RAM memory can be provided to the linux kernel memory manager. There are other resources that needs RAM memory. In example, in the default 1GByte system, we have 684MByte of RAM provided to the linux kernel. Refer to the below pointers:

The above works fine.

The above doesnt work.

The memory region above 960M@0xC0000000 might be reserved for some resource, like Cortex-M3 firmware for example. See the below e2e threads:

The memory for M3 is reserved in first 1GB space that the reason the holes (mem=364M@0x80000000 mem=320M@0x9FC00000)
