NOR 128MB emifa connection

Hi, I write a new post, replay is not enable,

my hardware team propose me to connect the four CS to NOR 128MB flash. CS5 can be disconnect from NOR and connected to an FPGA through a GPIO. In this case I can see only 96MB. At start the board have 128MB of flash, runtime when the softawre need FPGA disconnect the last 32MB of flash. For the moment the last 32MB of flash is free).Do you see some software problem for this hardware configuration ? (for example for linux or u-boot software ?)
