How to exclude the newlib in XDSTools

Hi,

I am question about newlib.
The manifest of XDCTools is described as follows.

"several pre-compiled newlib libraries are also provided under the following license"

I want to know which library is included newlib.
Because, I do not want to use the newlib to conflict with LGPL.

I think the library that exists under the following folder is included newlib.

C:\ti\xdctools_3_25_04_88\packages\gnu\targets\arm\libs\install-native\arm-none-eabi\lib

Is my thinking correct?

The newlib directory in your XDCtools installation is in C:\ti\xdctools_3_25_04_88\packages\gnu\targets\arm\libs.
