AM57xx MDIO automatic polling

Our customer wants to stop the automatic polling by the MDIO state machine. Can AM57xx stop it without disabling MDIO?

AM335x cannot stop it without disabling MDIO. For AM335x, it is discussed here: e2e.ti.com/.../304929

Thank you for your reply.

The automatic polling by the MDIO state machine is hardware function and does not depend on software.

The customer want to use AM5xx in their next-generation board.

Can AM57xx stop the automatic polling by the MDIO state machine without disabling MDIO?

I don't see any MDIO register control for this. I have asked the factory team to confirm.
