Is the assignment from the Chip-Select GPIO's fix?

SPI_CS0 --> McSPI0 Channel 0

SPI_CS1 --> McSPI0 Channel 1

I can't find a register to select the Chip-Select (PIN34) for each channel.

Hi Christoph,

I will ask the factory team for clarification, as the TRM is indeed somewhat unclear on this.

Yes. This is documented in Section 24.3.2.1 "Dedicated Resources Per Channel":
