I think that it became less than min 1ns when I measured input rise time of VIH=2V from VIL=0.8V.
Input rise time is uneven, but becomes about 0.8ns from about 0.55ns.
The data sheet of AM437x is min 0.3ns, but the following answer is min=1ns.
Will there be a problem in Input rise time of the result of a measurement mentioned above?
I seem that the nand device is not defined this value.
I attach the wave pattern which measured GPMC_ad0.
Our customers think that there is no definition in min or they do not have any problem if it is min 0.3ns.
Our customer says that an NAND device cannot select when these specifications are not correct.
Because hardware cannot be fixed, they say that I want an answer immediately.
Would you reply it by the end of this week?
