Is there any way by which I can save my variables values in to file at faster speed with out affecting my cc2650 performance?

Hi,

I am looking for an efficient way to save the values of variable which i read from I2C to a file with out  over loading my CC2650.

Right now i am using fprintf(); which is consuming huge amount of that is around 500ms on Average.
