AM5K2E04: Initial CVDD datasheet vs usage notes

Hi,

There is a discrepancy between datasheet and errata usage notes, wrt the initial CVDD.

Datasheet: Initial CVDD 1.05V

Errata Usage notes: Initial CVDD 1.00V

I just communicated to the customer to use the Initial CVDD of 1.05V per datasheet.

Can we check into

Initial Voltage Level Setting of CVDD Rail Power Supplies Usage Note

  • Hi Gunter,

The errata usage note and the footnote in the data manual were not updated when the initial voltage was corrected in table 9.2. The correct initial voltage is 1.05V as specified in the first line of table 9.2 in the data manual. I will file a lit bug against the data manual footnote and the errata usage note to correct those values.

    Regards,

    Bill

  • The Note 3 that accompanies the Initial CVDD value still states the old 1.0V initial value. This also needs to be updated.
