Can anybody explain me, what does letter D in its marking mean?

Please check the OMAPL138 datasheet, chapter 7.1.2

"D" means, the SoC is industrial grade , -40`C to 90`C

As I understand from document, D means temperature range, 375 means device speed range. But what does A letter in the midst of them mean?

Slachxen,

"A" means Extended temperature grade( -40°C to 105°C).
