am335x supported LCD Resolutions

Hi,

I am using am3354 with 24-bit RGB LCD and tested in below resolutions are working.

320x240 (3.5')

480x272 (5')

800x480 (5')

What are the next resolutions support and till what is the max resolution can support using am335x processor.

    Hi,

    Maximum resolution supported by AM335X can be seen in section 13.1.2 of the AM335X Technical Reference Manual Rev. L. However note that the actual max. resolution is also defined by the frame rate you require and limited by the maximum pixel clock frequency. For raster mode this is given in section 7.10.2 of the AM335X Datasheet Rev. H (7.9ns or approx. 126.5MHz).
