Only 64MB and 1bit ECC NAND flash support on DM6437

Hi all,

I have some queries on DM6437.

1. I checked datasheet that EMIF only supported 64MB address reach. Did this mean NAND flash only support up to 64MB?

2. May I choose 4-bit ECC NAND flash on DM6437?

Yes, by combining the other CS, you can increase the size of flash like 1278MiB with 2 CS (chip select).

I hope, DM6437 does support 1bit ECC by its HW but you can use 4bit SW ECC.
