Hello to everyone!
I have few question.

As I know, there should be at least 128 MB DDR for WIN_CE_6.0 launch on MityDSp-L138. Tell me if I wrong. But, how many memory need for Linux or QNX launch on ARM core of MityDSP-L138?

If we are going to work with the system without OS (interrupt based), will it be correctly to do so without DDR at all? We develope custom PCB.

Dear Artem,
Yes, 128MiB DDR size is sufficient to run Linux on OMAPL138 since LCDK board also uses 128MiB DDR.
I'm not sure about QNX.
You can run the code in internal RAM also (without DDR), we have L1/L2 and shared RAM.
You can buy OMAPL138 LCDK board (less cost) and run the TI examples which uses only internal RAM to run the code.
