Which BBB USB connector are you connecting to the PC?

Check that your USB cable doesn't ground the ID pin. If your eMMC is not erased you will need to start the BBB while holding down the button S2 (there should be no SD card in the slot too).

my usb cable should be correct.
Because I'm still not able able to flash my BBB with Uniflash i connected the uart0 to my pc to get the u-boot prompt.
I set up the RNDIS network but the BBB got no ip from my pc, where the Uniflash application is running (should provide one afaik)

setenv ethact usb_ether
dhcp

In the second try i set the server ip and the ipaddress. When entering tftp or tftpboot the kernel (named zImage) is fetched from Uniflash and written to 0x82000000.
And now ?

Thanks for that, but the dhcp command does not work because the Uniflash under WIn 7 64bit does not provide a ip for the BBB. :-(

next step reached :-)
the flasher image is booting now , but it continues to mount the filesystem which is still in the flash, nothing of the files on the tftpserver is flashed

10. The flasher image should boot, run the fetcher.sh init script, copy over the flasher.sh file, and run it. This should program the files into the
eMMC.

How can i check that the fetcher.sh init script is properly configured to run ?

I've got it up and running.
Little changes in the flasher.sh script, setting up the RNDIS network connection etc were necessary.
