Just need to confirm if there is any requirement of 1ms RTC reset in case internal RTC LDO is disabled.

No, it can be tied together with PWRONRSTn, but both must be at 1.8V levels. See processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_Schematic_Checklist and Note 5 below the table.

Hi , I did the same but what I did I convert PWRONRSTn 3.3V level to 1.8V using open drain buffer and then give it to RTC_PWRONRSTn as PWRONRST signal at 3.3V level coming from NRESPWRON(VDDIO = 3.3V). Please let me know if this scheme is correct.
