OMAP3530 and TPS6590 in 2.6.32 Kernel (VMMC1 Control)

Hello,

 

I have a custom 3530 board running the TPS6590 power chip and the 2.6.32 linux kernel.  I have noticed the VMMC1 voltage is toggling

between the 3.15V level and the 3.0V level.  This toggle can last 2 or 3 seconds at a time. 

 

Has anyone seen this?  Is there some type of power control going on in the kernel I don't know about?
