Network LED is not blinking on Suse Linux

Did you enable ethernet support in Linux ?

I cannot see any booting sequence after power on the system. I have followed through following link. I have one more system and configured as following link. It is working fine. Similar way is followed except suse linux. But it is not working fine. can you help to resolve this issue?

I have enable the Ethernet support in bios.

Same system, we have installed Windows 7 and Suse Linux. It is working on Win 7 but it is not working on Suse Linux.
