EMIFA Clock out issue

Hello,

In  custom board design using 4 DSP's (TMS320C6457),

Board was working fine until DVD33 Voltage regulator got damaged,

We are using PTH08000WAH module for powering DVD33 Voltage rails,

We were able to fix power regulator issue,but EMIFA clock output is not getting generated,

Also checked resistance of pin V28 of all DSP's wrt GND, we are getting low resistance value,

Please help on this issue asap,
